Objective of Target Position
As a part of our Centre of Excellence for Talent, Leadership and Organizational Effectiveness (TLO), this job is to help drive and implement our key talent management initiatives. We are currently refocusing and investing in employee engagement, performance management and talent agenda, and upgrading our talent strategy in order to attract, develop and retain top talents to drive business success.
